Security of Proprietary Information:  The Buyer acknowledges that the Pharmabid®, LLC, website, mobile application, bid pricing structure, and listing of products for sale by each Manufacturer, constitute confidential and proprietary information.  The Bidder agrees that all such proprietary information shall remain of a confidential nature and that the Buyer shall not transmit nor tender any such information to third parties without the prior written consent of Pharmabid®, LLC.
